Our Mission

Little Plant Lady was born from the desire to create safe, non-toxic, sustainable intimates and apothecary items to women everywhere. After many years of research and education of the impacts of the fast fashion industry and the effects of these harmful chemicals, dyes, and materials on our bodies, Bella knew she wanted to create change.

 

We as women have grown up in an overly conditioned society that has pushed external perceptions of beauty onto us since we were little girls.The perfumes, clothing, and products many of us put directly onto or into our skin contain carcinogens and fragrances that are incredibly harmful to our bodies and reproductive health. Bella knew she not only wanted to bring change to the fashion industry, but to also educate women everywhere on WHY we do what we do, and remind them they do not need any external items to be perceived as beautiful. They can show up exactly as they are and feel sexy, radiant, and celebrated!

 

Here at Little Plant Lady there is a place for every BODY! Everything we do here is handmade, always sustainably sourced, organic, and dyed with plants. When you shop here you're supporting a ONE WOMAN SHOW from the mindful sourcing, cutting, sewing, dying, drying, packaging, shipping, emailing, and even the social media management!

1 / How do I order?

Little Plant Lady is ran on a ‘small batch’ basis meaning in between collections and shop restocks Bella takes breaks to honor her creativity & feminine flow! You can expect to see our shop fully restocked on collection dates, items will remain in stock until they sell out! If you sign up for our mailing list you will receive sneak peeks, exclusive offers & discounts!

2 / Do you restock all sizes?

Yes, all sizes are restocked! Items can also be made to order, customized to your sizing and color preference! To ensure you get the correct sizing use a measuring tape - if you are in between sizes, size DOWN! Our fabric is super stretchy, seamless, and comforting similar to yoga wear. If you need further assistance, we would be happy to help you! See our sizing chart for more info!

3 / Do you ship to me?

We no longer ship worlwide...as a small business international shipping can be extremely expensive and unpredictible. To avoid missing/lost packages and unexpected duty/tax fees we now only ship to these following countires : United States of America, Austrailia, United Kingdom, Canada, and Costa Rica. If you do not see your country listed please inquire about ordering & shipping opitons to your country. *ALL International orders will be sent through Priority Mail with USPS and comes with an insured tracking number to your country so your goodies can be tracked and are protected every step of the way! *All international customers are responsible for covering additional taxes and/or duties, brokerage, delivery fees added to shipments. Before placing your order, we kindly ask you to contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations, as we will not be held liable for refused or held packages. *All within the US customers receive an option for Ground Advantage Mail - Arrives to you within 3-7 business days - comes w/ tracking number & no insurance if your package gets lost, stolen, or damaged. Or Priority Mail- Arrives to you within 2-3 business days - comes with tracking number and up to $100 worth of insurance. *USPS can be very unpredictable, If you have issues receiving mail within the US I highly recommend choosing ‘Priority’ option at checkout!

4 / What are your delivery times?

Because we are a slow fashion brand, please allow 3-4 weeks for the creation of your item before it ships.

5 / When will my order be dispatched?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. During sale periods, or within the days following a collection launch, there may be slight delays in dispatching your order.

6 / My tracking hasn't updated in awhile, what happened?

No need to panic, your package is not lost. Many of our international orders experience delays in processing. If you are concerned, you can place a customer enquiry from the tracking webpage. If your tracking hasn't been updated in 15 business days, please send us an email and we can assist you further. If your package tracking has not been updated since arriving in customs, this is also normal. If the customs agency requires any information or payment of any duty/tax fees, they will contact you directly to advise this and provide further information on how to arrange clearance. Please contact your local customs directly before getting in touch with us.

7 / My package had an attempted delivery, what should I do?

Usually when there has been an attempted delivery of your package it is being held at your local post office for you to collect. The first thing you should do is contact your local post office and ask if they have any information about the package. Packages are usually held for up to two weeks. If you have no luck here, please send us an email at support@littleplantlady.com and we can assist you further.

8 / I was asked to pay a customs fee, will I be refunded for this?

We are so sorry about the customs fee! Unfortunately we cannot refund you for this. Customs fees are completely out of our control and differ from country to country. We do state on every product page and on our website under Shipping (as noted below) that customers must be aware of their own local customs fees and we are not responsible for them. For further information on your country's customs fees, please contact your local customs office.

9 / How should I wash my Little Plant Lady pieces?

Hand wash with Eco Friendly soap and hang to dry (keep out of direct sunlight when drying to prolong color life span.) Love & care for these intimates and they will love you right back!

10 / What is your return policy?

Due to the intimacy and handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, we do honor sizing alterations for items that didn't fit you quite right - within 14 days of delivery. The customer will need to pay a small 'alteration fee' and for the shipping of the parcel to be returned to us. Please allow 3-5 days for processing your alterations. For all resizing inquiries please send us an email at support@littleplantlady.com and we will organize your alteration for you from there. If you think your item may have slipped past our quality control, please send us an email and include at least 3 high resolution photos so we can see the issue and assist you further.

11 / What are my color options?

Our color wheel options shift with the seasons and can be viewed in our shop section. Please keep in mind these are hand dyed with plant + Earth materials making each piece completely unique.

12 / What are my shipping options?

Meet the Owner

Florida native but called to the wild, Bella has known the ocean as her home since she was just a child. Her sandy toes have taken her on adventures she could've never imagined, including running a business on wheels. In 2019, Bella and her partner Kole started building their dream van to travel the country and by February of 2020, they hit the road.

Navigating the US through a pandemic was a challenge, but Bella was determined through each moment. She continued to run Little Plant Lady while on the road. Van-life has allowed her to explore much of the United States while also fueling her passion for her creations. Her love for the world around her and the energy it brings is prevalent in Little Plant Lady.

From panties to apothecary, everything in her shop is
handmade by her and her only.This business is a tribute to the earth and everything it gives to all of us every day. Everything you see is carefully created with its before, during, and after life in mind. You'll find the packaging is reusable, the fabric is sustainably sourced, and all dyes are plant based.
